OUR BLACKOUT BLINDS PRODUCTION FLOW:
1, Weaving: The raw material is weaved according to customer’s requirement.
2, Dyeing: After getting the raw material, we’ll dye the material according to order requirement.
3, Coating: After the dye work, we’ll do coating processing to the fabric. This is the most difficult step. We have advanced coating machine, experienced workers, and strict operation standard to fulfill this job.
4, Cutting: Thermal cutting will make sure the cutting edge is smooth enough. Inspection work will also be done during cutting. We have very strict inspection principles.
5, Packing: After carefully inspection, the good quality fabric will be packed in rolls, wrapped with bubble plastic film, marked with labels, and put into paper tubes.
